Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be prepared for shipment and transferred to our international logistics partners.

Shipping Time
Our estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days from the moment the package leaves our fulfillment center. This timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow up to 3–5 business days for tracking information to begin showing movement, especially for international shipments.

Customs & Carrier Delays
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and carrier operational delays. These factors are beyond our control and may extend delivery times. Such delays do not qualify as grounds for order cancellation or immediate refund while the package is in transit.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered completed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. However, our support team will assist you in opening a claim with the carrier when applicable.
